Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored his identity as an "OBC" leader while ridiculing the Congress for claiming that individuals from socially backward categories were not holding high-ranking positions in his government. ββReferring to his govt's decision to posthumously confer Bharat Ratna on Karpoori Thakur, Modi said Congress had dislodged the legendary EBC leader from Bihar as CM.
