E-Court Initiative to propel legal reform: 596 posts to be created for streamlined justice delivery

To streamline legal proceedings, 596 positions have been created for the establishment of e-courts, facilitating efficient and transparent justice delivery, announced Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary while presenting the budget on Friday.District and session courts will be established in the remote and final frontier district of Bijapur in the state. For this purpose, the creation of 44 positions and a provision of Rs 1.45 crores has been made.
