Court sends 3 fishermen to judicial custody for entering Indian shores without passport

Advocate Sunil Pandey, representing the fishermen, opposed the extension of remand, stating that there has been no progress in the investigation. He argued that the custody of the accused is not required for the technical probe related to the GPS.
