Govt to tighten Prohibition Act, bill submitted to Gujarat assembly secretariat

The Gujarat government is set to introduce a bill to auction vehicles used in ferrying liquor. They also plan to amend the Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949, and the Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act in the ongoing assembly session.
