‘Nothing prejudicial’: Bombay HC nixes CBI plea against Indrani Mukerjea series

Bombay High Court dismisses CBI's petition to stay the release of a docu-series on Indrani Mukerjea, accused of killing her daughter Sheena Bora, till trial ends. Justices Revati Mohite-Dere and Manjusha Deshpande found nothing prejudicial to the prosecution or trial. Netflix aired the 4-episode series. CBI's petition said the series could influence witnesses.
