Darjeeling BJP MLA Neeraj Zimba wrote a blood letter to PM Modi, reminding him of the unfulfilled pledge to grant Scheduled Tribe status to Gorkhas. He highlighted the neglect faced by Gorkhas and the issue of a separate state of Gorkhaland, opposed by TMC.
