Vendor lures snatchers with Rs 10,000 bait, nabs them

Shanu Khan, an ice-cream vendor, had his phone snatched. He struck a deal with Krishan Bhandari and Dhirender to return the phone for Rs 10,000. They sent him on a four-hour-long wild goose chase. The snatchers threatened him with a knife.
