Meet Pune techie who ran the world’s highest frozen lake half marathon

Vishal Jhanji, an IT professional from Pune, entered the Guinness Book of World Records by participating in the second edition of the international marathon on the frozen Pangong Lake in Ladakh. Running at an altitude of 14,272ft with bone-chilling winds and temperatures hitting minus 35 degrees Celsius, he battled dehydration during the race.
