UP: Court acquits perfume trader Piyush Jain in gold bars case

Special chief judicial magistrate acquits Piyush Kumar Jain in gold confiscation case. DGGI Ahmedabad seized cash and gold bars. DRI confiscated gold bars and imposed penalty. Jain appealed, compounded case, and deposited Rs 56,86,750. No claim against confiscated gold.
