Health department ramps up vigil against spurt in mumps cases in Kerala's northern districts

Health authorities in Malabar, including Kasaragod and Malappuram, are concerned about the surge in mumps cases. In Malappuram, 10-15 cases are reported daily, and Kasaragod has seen almost 100 cases in the past month. Kerala health department data reported 273 cases in the state on Monday.
