A section of duck farmers killed more than 20 street and pet dogs by throwing chicken waste meat laced with poison at a village near Arni in Tiruvannamalai district. The farmers complained that the street and pet dogs chase and bite the ducks when they take the ducks for feed to nearby vegetation.
