Harsh Vardhan unveils India's National Biotechnology Development Strategy 2015-2020New Delhi, Dec 30 : - The National Biotechnology Development Strategy 2015-20, aimed at making India a world-class bio-manufacturing hub, was unveiled Wednesday by Union Minister for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, and his junior minister of same department YS Chowdary.
