Bad news for Congress! MP student proposes Rahul Gandhi`s name to Guinness Book for losing maximum elections

At a time when Rahul Gandhi is trying hard to revive his party's fortunes after a series of electoral setbacks, an engineering student from Madhya Pradesh has now proposed the name of Congress vice president in Guinness Book of World Records for losing maximum number of  elections in the country.
