Rs 500 travel expense for patients with blood disorderThe Odisha government today decided to provide 500 rupees per month as transportation cost to patients who travel frequently for blood transfusion. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced this while addressing a function in Bhubaneswar to mark Voluntary Blood Donation Day-2017.
