France to vaccinate millions of ducks against bird flu

France has started Europe's only vaccination campaign against bird flu in ducks to prevent mass culling and protect the poultry industry. The two-dose vaccination course is mandatory for farms with more than 250 birds, starting at 10 days old. The vaccination aims to prevent the spread of the virus and avoid disruption to production and financial losses for farmers.
