Supreme Court dismisses PIL challenging Darwin theory of evolution & Einstein's equation of relativity
Friday, 13 October 2023 The Supreme Court of India dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the Darwin theory of evolution and Einstein's equation of relativity. The court stated that if the petitioner believes these theories are wrong, it is not within the court's jurisdiction to address the issue. The petitioner wanted a platform to present arguments against these theories, but the court advised him to develop and propagate his own theory instead.
