Delhi’s deputy chief minister, Manish Sisodia, just stopped short of declaring Arvind Kejriwal the chief ministerial candidate of Punjab during an election rally in Mohali on Tuesday, giving rise to speculation whether the Delhi CM was indeed intending to make the switch.
