Xi Jinping overhauls leadership of China’s elite nuclear force

China’s President Xi Jinping has replaced two senior leaders in the People’s Liberation Army’s Rocket Force amid reports of a corruption probe and has brought in new blood from the navy and air force. Wang Houbin, previously deputy commander of the navy, is now commander of the rocket force.
