2 US Navy sailors charged with 'spying' for China

Two Naval officers have been charged with selling military secrets to China, disclosing intelligence on wartime and naval exercises, critical technical information, and other sensitive content. Jinchao Wei and Wenheng Zhao were both based in California and have been charged separately.
