Rwanda's Kagame warns Catholic pilgrims who 'worship poverty'

Rwandan President Paul Kagame has threatened to arrest Catholic faithful who visit pilgrimage sites in the country, accusing them of "worshipping poverty." Kagame expressed his frustration during a youth conference, stating that praying should be about improving lives and getting out of poverty. He warned that anyone found worshipping poverty would be imprisoned until their "poverty mentality" was gone.
