Rwanda's Kagame warns Catholic pilgrims who 'worship poverty'
Thursday, 24 August 2023 Rwandan President Paul Kagame has threatened to arrest Catholic faithful who visit pilgrimage sites in the country, accusing them of "worshipping poverty."
