Russia attacks a Ukrainian port before key grain deal talks between Vladimir Putin and Turkey's president

Two people were hospitalized after a Russian drone attack on port infrastructure in Ukraine's Odesa region. The attack occurred a day before Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss the resumption of food shipments from Ukraine. Ukrainian authorities reported that 25 Iranian-made drones were fired by Russian forces, with 22 being shot down.
