Iraqi security forces deploy in Kirkuk after four protesters killed in ethnic clashes

Four people were killed and fifteen others injured in clashes between ethnic groups in Kirkuk, Iraq. The violence began after tensions escalated over the ownership of a building that was once the headquarters for the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). The Iraqi federal court issued a ruling delaying the handover of the building to the KDP, which could further increase tensions.
