Talks are held on Nagorno-Karabakh's fate

Representatives from Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan have held talks on the future of the breakaway region. The discussions focused on the "reintegration" of Nagorno-Karabakh, now fully controlled by Azerbaijan, into the country. The region has been deprived of basic supplies for months due to a blockade by Azerbaijan.
