Armenia to accept International Court's remit, vexing Moscow

Armenia's parliament has ratified the founding statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), subjecting itself to the court's jurisdiction. This move has angered Russia, as the ICC wants to arrest Russian president Vladimir Putin. Russia called the decision "incorrect" and expressed frustration with Armenia's current leadership.
