Pakistan diesel imports touch all-time high amid smuggling curb

Pakistan's high-speed diesel imports reached their highest level since the start of the fiscal year in September. The surge in imports was due to increased efforts to combat smuggling and rising demand from the formal sector. Pakistan did not import any high-speed diesel in July but imported a total of 230,799 tonnes in August and September.
