Hardline Republican picks up support in bid for US House speaker
Tuesday, 17 October 2023 Hardline Republican Jim Jordan is gaining support for his campaign to become the U.S. House of Representatives Speaker. Despite opposition from within his own party, Jordan believes he has the momentum to win the floor vote on Tuesday.
