Indian-origin ex-cop found guilty of misconduct, barred from policing in UK

An Indian-origin former Scotland Yard sergeant has been found guilty of gross misconduct for breaching professional standards as a police officer. Anish Sharma, who was based in London, faced allegations of dishonesty, discreditable conduct, and breaches of equality and diversity. He was found to have inappropriately touched a woman and exposed himself to her at a party. Sharma subsequently engaged in improper communications and deleted messages before his arrest.
