Turkey says it agreed with Egypt to take Gaza cancer patients for treatment

Turkey and Egypt have agreed to send around 1,000 cancer patients and injured civilians from Gaza to Turkey for urgent treatment. The Turkish Health Minister, Fahrettin Koca, stated that plans are being made to facilitate this transfer. Turkey has also sent humanitarian aid and medical personnel to Egypt for Gaza, as well as offering to establish a field hospital near the Rafah border crossing. Egypt has granted permission for two Turkish vessels carrying ambulances and materials for the field hospital to approach its docks.
