Thursday, 9 November 2023
A US judge has halted the US Department of Justice's case against SpaceX, filed in August, accusing the company of refusing to hire refugees and asylum recipients. US District Judge Rolando Olvera ruled that the administrative judges hearing the case were not properly appointed. SpaceX had also filed a lawsuit claiming the administrative case violated the US Constitution. The judge's ruling blocks the case from moving forward pending the outcome of SpaceX's lawsuit.
