Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains optimistic about the possibility of a peace deal with Saudi Arabia despite the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Netanyahu believes that conditions for a deal will be even more favorable after a victory. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman previously indicated that the two countries were moving closer to normalization, but Saudi Arabia has since criticized Israel's conduct in the war.
