UK leader Rishi Sunak says King Charles III's cancer was caught early

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak expressed shock and sadness at the news of King Charles III's cancer diagnosis but is relieved that it was caught early. "Thankfully, this has been caught early," PM Sunak told BBC radio, further adding that as prime minister he would "continue to communicate with him as normal."
