South Korean president's office says handling of heckler within law

South Korean security guards lawfully escorted a man who was disrupting President Yoon Suk Yeol's speech at a university graduation ceremony, according to the president's office. Videos shared on X showed the security detail removing the man, who seemed to be a student, from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) ceremony.
