Italy to set up AI fund of 1 billion euros, PM says

Italy plans to establish a 1 billion euro investment fund, supported by CDP Venture Capital, to promote AI projects. The fund aims to raise an additional 3 billion euros from the private sector. Prime Minister Meloni is working on a bill to regulate the AI sector in Italy.
