South Korean scientists at Yonsei University have developed a groundbreaking method to grow beef cells in rice grains, offering a potential alternative to traditional cattle farming for meat production. Professor Jinkee Hong, the project lead, highlighted that the innovative creation known as "beef rice" utilizes rice particles as a unique foundation for cultivating animal muscle and fat cells.
