Iran’s conflict with Israel puts US ally Jordan on edge
Tuesday, 16 April 2024 () Jordan has witnessed a period of unrest, with demonstrations in the capital city backing Hamas, the Iran-supported armed group engaged in conflict with Israel in Gaza since the beginning of October. The protests, which have resulted in Palestinian casualties and disrupted lives, have persisted for several weeks.
