Ukraine begins surface-to-air missile tests over Black Sea

Ukraine has begun surface-to-air missile tests over the Black Sea, west of the disputed Crimea peninsula.Russia, which annexed Crimea in 2014, had called the planned tests a provocation and threatened to shoot the missiles down.
