Antonio Guterres expresses concern over prospects for implementation of Paris AgreementUN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has expressed grave concern over the prospects for implementation of the Paris Agreement on climate change. Speaking to reporters at UN headquarters in New York yesterday, he said if greenhouse gas levels continue to rise at their current rate, it will be very difficult to reach targets set by the Paris Agreement in 2020.
