News video: One Of Ohio's Last Abortion Clinics Is Under AttackThe operation license of one of Ohio's last remaining abortion clinics has just Obeen revoked "on the grounds that it failed to obtain a required transfer agreement with a nearby hospital for emergencies." The order was signed on Wednesday by Rick Hodges, the director of the Department of Health. The Dayton, Ohio clinic has 15 days to appeal the order. The clinic said it will do so. Last year the number of abortion providers in Ohio shrunk by half.
