A founding father of pop art, Katz has paintings in the MoMA, Tate Modern, Pompadou...and, as of this morning, on pillows at H&M, too. We spoke with the 89-year-old just before his Paper Magazine dinner at Art Basel Miami Beach, where purists can still buy his actual paintings for about $70,000. When asked what he's currently working on "Now I'm in the middle of painting a batch of women in clothes walking away from me. I'm on the sixth one now. And I'm getting bored, to be honest. I'll do one more maybe."
