According to the U.S. Justice Department on Thursday, Donald Trump will replace his executive order suspending travel from seven Muslim-majority countries "sometime soon." Just days after Trump's original action, Seattle District Judge James Robart suspended the order nationwide after the state of Washington challenged its legality. A three-judge panel in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals then upheld Robart's ruling last week.
