Transcript: Ossof Falls Short In GA Special Election To Replace Tom Price
In Georgia on Tuesday Democratic hopeful Jon Ossof narrowly skated into and outright win in the House Race to replace Tom Price, who left the seat vacant to become the Secretary of Health and Human Services under the Trump Administration.
Ossof a huge favorite among pundits earned 48.1 percent of the vote, a little under the needed amount of 50 percent which would have given him the seat outright.
Ossof will now face Republican Karen Handel, in a June runoff.
