Nawaz Sharif Could the Microsoft font Calibri bring down the Pakistan government? Last year's Panama Papers revealed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz owned offshore companies which were used to purchase high-end properties. But she claimed she was only a trustee and provided a trust deed signed in 2006. The document was typed in Calibri font, but Microsoft didn't make the font publically available until 2007. It elicited speculations that the documents could have been forged by the possible future Prime Minister. Opposition parties have urged the Prime Minister to step down after the leak. The investigations conducted by the Pakistani Supreme Court and Federal Investigations Agency are still ongoing.
