New details are emerging about a dinner meeting between President Trump and Fox News Patriarch Rupert Murdoch. According to CNN Money the two men met at the White House for a private dinner on August 1, just one day after the sudden dismissal of White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci. In the past CNNMoney has reported that the president shared details with associates about how Murdoch treats him better than ex-Fox News chairman Roger Ailes did. 21st Century Fox is one of the world's most powerful media companies. Both a White House spokeswoman and a Murdoch spokeswoman were asked for comment about the meeting but both declined.
