Transcript: Kristen Bell Helps Senior Citizens Ride Out Hurricane Irma

Kristen Bell has really gone above and beyond helping those stranded during Hurricane Irma in Orlando, Florida.

The actress was not able to evacuate from Walt Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, which became a hurricane shelter for two groups of displaced nursing home residents...

As you can tell from Kristen’s Instagram, she’s been mingling with a variety of the elderly guests as they ride out the storm, including calling Bingo games and having midnight wheel chair races.

She appeared via satellite on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying “We’re all safe and sound here… We’re making the most of a crazy situation.” Luckily, Hurricane Irma was downgraded to a tropical storm before reaching Kristen in Orlando, and Disney World Parks are set to already be re-opened.
