The 40-year-old said that he contemplated dropping out of the run due to feeling unwell, however he preserved as he feared he would “let people down.” Farah finished The Big Half in fourth place, clocking in a time of 1:02:43.

The death of President Ebrahim Raisi was greeted with grief and relief in Iran after he was confirmed to have been among those killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday.
