In its first reaction since yesterday, it was admitted by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday that Swati Maliwal, a Rajya Sabha MP and the former chief of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), was "misbehaved" with by Bibhav Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s former personal assistant.
