Video Appears to Show Israeli Soldiers Surrounding First Responder Ambulance, Hindering Their Emergency Response in the West Ban

This video was recently captured in Jenin in the West Bank.

And this is what the Palestine Red Crescent Society, or the PRCS, says shows Israeli soldiers stopping an ambulance and pulling the crew out of the vehicle while they were responding to an emergency.
