Rep. Jordan: Statute of limitations lapsed on the Hunter Biden tax charges that mattered the most

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) says the biggest takeaway from Hunter Biden’s arraignment at a Los Angeles courthouse Thursday was “what he wasn’t charged with.” “David Weiss, now special counsel Weiss, he let the statute of limitations lapse for the tax years where Hunter Biden got the bulk of the income from this Ukrainian energy company Burisma,” Rep.

Jordan explains.

“And I would argue that they did that because that’s the one thing that really takes you to the White House, takes you to then-Vice President Joe Biden and his effort and his work in helping Hunter Biden while he was on the board of Burisma.”
