"Footage of the Capitol Hill area of the alleged bomb shows a man in a backpack approaching nearby police and secret service to tell them that there is a bomb on a nearby bench in the DNC.

That man, was later revealed, was a plain-clothed capitol police officer.

The officers in the video do not immediately react when they are told this alarming information.

Now keep this in mind, Vice President Kamala Harris is inside of the building at this time.

They are supposed to be on high alert.
