In 21 days, the apricot flowers turned into unripe green berries.

When the apricot ripens, it will be a large yellow and soft berry.

But now it is a small green and hard berry.

As a child I really loved green apricots :) Green apricots are very sour.

The seed in these berries is white and soft.

And when the apricots ripen, the pit becomes black and hard.

This is the first apricot harvest in the last 3 years.
